SS316 Process Plates, NBR Clip-on 'glueless' Gaskets, Carbon Steel Painted End Plates.

These selections are based on wort (beer) as the fluid. These exchangers will cool wort from 200°F to 70°F, within approximately 30 minutes, using 50°F cooling water.

We do NOT recommend 5BBL size since most Microbreweries grow out of it. We recommend 10BBL as starting heat exchanger.

Alternate applications : Cider, Juices, Water, Coffee, Tea, Kombucha, Light Beverages - Please call for exchanger sizing confirmation for these alternate liquids.

Multiple plate sizes (up to 10 ft2 each plate), materials (AISI 316, Titanium, Hastelloy) and 3A compliant finishes are available. FDA compliant gasket materials (Nitrile and EPDM) are available. The modular design allows the heat exchangers to adapt easily to changing process demand. The number of plates can be increased or reduced rapidly.
